    You have wonderful healthy meal ideas. I have a very simple one. If you like pizza, I use a whole wheat tortilla, top it with about a tablespoon of alfredo sauce, low moisture part-skim mozzarella, plenty of fresh spinach, and slices of fresh tomato. Toast it in the oven and you have a delicious thin and crisp pizza.
