Tonight when I got home, I ran 5.25 miles in about 48 minutes. Not to shabby. Then I came home and did the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. I did Level 1 & 2 back to back of Jillian Michaels Shred yesterday and was VERY sore today. I love feeling sore because I feel like I pushed myself. I love the Shred and Power Sculpt for when I am in need of some weight training. My arms are sore and I like it!
Post run and workout DVD, I was in the mood for a vegetable little juice action.
