Boyf’s FIRST Cheesecake Factory Experience

Saturday was not the best day around here. Boyf and I were thinking of going to the air show this weekend, but it was raining so we bailed. We decided to go to the Leesburg Outlets instead. I was SO good, I think I deserve a medal. I didn’t buy ANYTHING. Usually right before my birthday I don’t need any excuse to buy things. I just tell myself I am ‘treating myself for my birthday.’  But this shopping trip I held back! I did just buy myself a big treat pretty recently too! I kept that in mind.  Boyf got some work pants and shirt. He was the big spender of the day!

Post shopping we were HUNGRY! Boyf has NEVER been to The Cheesecake Factory so we had to go there. It was most enjoyable. We had a bit of a wait, which is pretty standard there so we grabbed a seat at the bar for some cocktails!mas pics 564

I started off the evening with a Pomegranate Mojito. It was freakin’  delish! So good! Boyf got a beer. Since we were starving we got the Buffalo Blast appetizers and it was very tasty but also very filling and we wanted to save room for dinner. I only had two.

With dinner I got the Red Raspberry Martini. OMG. It was delish. I am already stalking people to go have drinks there with me again this weekend. It was so tasty, I was lovin’ it!

For dinner, Boyf got the salmon salad, and I got the luau salad. They were both pretty big. I took the ginormous chip things off mine to save some calories. Both meals we HUGE. We left with 3 to go boxes. The portions there are just out of control. It was really good, and I am glad Boyf can now say he has been to The Cheesecake Factory!

my favorite thing on the menu
    at the Cheesecake Factory.
I love every bite of the crispy, greasy, fried food!

An ancient form of cheesecake may have been a popular dish in ancient Greece even prior to Romans’ adoption of it with the conquest of Greece.[2] The earliest attested mention of a cheesecake is by the Greek physician Aegimus, who wrote a book on the art of making cheesecakes..

    Best wishes
