Last nights dinner was goOoOoOoD! We had crabcakes! Yum! It was such a treat. They were premade from Wegmans so all we had to do was bake them a little to give them that golden brown look. Super easy. I also had some broccoli, waffle fries and corn on the cob. Dinner of champions! I love when my plate has a variety of tastes on it. Small servings of each, but the variety goes a long way!
Yesterday my manager gave me a little Happy Birthday/Farewell present. It was so sweet of her. She got me a light blue Starbucks mug, a Nutrition Almanac book, an “L” cookie and some of our favorite CVS candy (not pictured)
She totally knows me! I have a thing for mugs and obviously I have a love for Nutrition as well. I can’t wait to crack this bad boy open and learn some new things! I love this picture of Jackson looking on. He totally has to know what is going on at all time! Such a curious little boy!
