Le Bus for Brunch

This morning I woke up to a little Blackberry Messenger message from my friend Kate. I was so excited when she told me she was going to be in Manayunk and wanted to meet for brunch. I love brunch! We met at Winnie’s Le Bus on Main Street in Manayunk. This place is fabulous for brunch, and are known for their mimosas.

I got the whole grain banana walnut pancakes. They were pretty much life changing. I loved them. There was also some homemade raspberry jam that was at the table that I added on top as well. I want to learn how to make jam. Anyone know?

It was so nice to catch up with Kate. We had a lovely meal. We have to catch up even more this week, hopefully on Wednesday. Jill, if you are reading this, are you in? You know what I am talking about!

I was in a bit of a carb-coma after the meal, but it was totally worth it. Here we are after our fabulous brunch. Love you Kate!
