Still On A Sprout Kick

I got out of my Chemistry Lab 2 hours early today! Yippee! I was able to make it home today and have a little bit of time to relax and hang out with Jackson. I was super pumped about that! What I was NOT pumped about today was the Lab Math Pretest we had to take. It was most certainly a blast from the past because I haven’t done any mathematical equations, algebra, scientific notation or graphing since probably high school! I did pretty well though, so that makes me feel pretty good about life!

After my 9.25 mile bike ride today, I worked up quite an appetite! I have been on a super sprout kick for the past week or so! I have put sprouts on anything I can get my hands on!

This masterpiece is 2 slices of pepper jack cheese melted on some Dave’s Killer bread, with a handful of sprouts and some mustard. I am just mildly obsessed with the fabulous crunch that comes with this sandwich! Toasted and crunchy! Just how I like it!

On the side with my sandwich I had some Corasonas Heart Healthy chips in Italiano 4 Cheese flavor.

These chips were fabulous! They were so cheesy and delicious! The perfect side to my sprout-which! A serious blast of cheese! Yum!

What a beautiful meal on this cloudy-dreary Thursday! I am so happy that the rain held out today. I am not prepared to bike in the rain to class and my back-up plan of driving  is not the greatest. So Lets keep our fingers crossed for no rain (or snow!) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from now until mid- December, ok??
