Tonight when I came home I didn’t really know what to make for dinner, so I threw some veggies together with some chicken and away we go…
A little while ago I was sent some Curry Love to try and review on the blog. I don’t make chicken too much, so when I decided to make some tonight, I knew I had to make it special for boyf! I decided to spruce up my chicken and veggies meal with some Curry Love!
I was sent more than one flavor to try, but tonight we busted out the Passion Red Thai Curry organic summer sauce in HOT!
From the website: “ A heated kiss of chili peppers, softened by the taste of rich coconut milk and sweetened with brown sugar will send you singing. This spicy and flavorful blend of tomato, lime, chili and cloves is the perfect way to heat up your night.*suitable for vegans and vegetarians.”
In my mixture was chicken, carrots, red onions, red peppers, corn, chickpeas and cucumbers. I think that was everything. I added pretty much everything in the fridge!
Our romantical dinner – complete with some Black Box Wine!
My plate! Hiding out underneath all my veggies and proteins was some rice. Protein, veggies and wine! OH MY!
The Curry Love sauce was pretty amazing. A little bit went a long way. It was chock full of flavor and taste. I am hooked!
Boyf said “It was really good. Not overwhelming, but subtly tasty”
Another successful meal!
Next up on the menu is dessert! Boyf and I decided to pop open the little gift that Kate and Noodles gave us for our engagement. We opened the bottle of champagne and had some chocolate covered strawberries.
Cheers! To the next chapter in our lives: Wedding Planning!!
Jackson wanted some of my chocolate strawberry!
Yum Yum! Thanks Kate and Noodles! You guys are the best!
