After our fun Friday evening of wine tasting, boyf and I got up bright and early last Saturday morning and hit up Hershey!
First stop – Chocolate World!
At Chocolate World we did the Great American Chocolate Tour (obviously!) It’s a free little simulated ride about how Hershey’s came to be. Nothing too exciting, but when you are in Hershey, you pretty much have to do it!
Cacao growing regions! Fun!
The 3 singing cows that taught us Hershey History!
The tour gave us an idea of what the Hershey factory is like, but not a realistic one (at least in my mind)
Those silver bullets are Hershey Kisses flying by!
I love me some chocolate and peanut butter!
The highlight of the tour was that the whole place smelled decadently fabulous of Chocolate. I swear if there was a chocolate perfume, I would probably buy and wear it!
They handed our some Kit Kats on our way out of the tour! Free Hershey’s candy at Hershey! WooHoo!
When you get out of the tour and off the ride, there is lots of fun stuff to buy. Please observe – Boyf and the World’s Largest Hershey Bar
Modeling some Extra Long Twizzlers
And your pantry isn’t complete without 2 separate 1 pound Resse’s!
I don’t know about you, but if I want some Hershey’s candy, I can pick some up at Target. The stuff there was kind of pricey, but people were going nuts buying it! Where do people live that you can’t get Hershey’s candy?? Wherever that is, I don’t think I would survive.
I almost forgot, on the ride they took pictures of you in your little car, and boyf and I did a cute (for us, maybe not for you readers) kissing pose!
Either people think its cute, or you are gagging at us! Whatever I liked it and bought it! Haha!
Horray for Chocolate World
After our tour, we stopped by Hershey Park. Sadly, it was closed for a private party, but we still took some fun pictures outside the entrance. Here is where you stand and you see which candy bar you are and it tells you which rides you can go on! Jolly Rancher is the tallest! I can go on any ride! Woohoo!
Hershey, PA is so pretty. Have you ever been??
I only hope one day I can live in a place with Hershey Kisses lamp posts. That’s all I have to say about that.
The happiest, chocolate-iest place on earth!
