After my wedding update (and a little dance around the living room with Jackson) I had to make a little lunchy-lunch action. I decided to open up some Trader Joe’s Creamy Corn and Roasted Pepper Soup.
I love adding things to soup! To this soup I added some chickpeas and shredded carrots for some extra crunch!
With the soup I had a side of yummy toasted Vermont Bread! I love the crunch from warm toasty bread!
All together now, and all mixed in. The soup had a little kick to it from the red pepper! A little spiciness! I loved it!
I love having soup on dreary days! Totally warms me up from the inside out. Thursdays are my long day in class, with a little break in between, followed by work. In my break I always watch my Biggest Loser that I DVR on Tuesday. I love watching it on DVR so I can speed through the commercials. Another good episode this week! I am loving this season!
Don’t forget to enter my Waterpik Giveaway! Ends tomorrow~!
