Wakey Wakey! Lots on the plate today!
I also have plans of running a little 8.5 miles later today (maybe more) but I just took Jackson outside and it is FREEEZING out! Brrr! I usually head into the gym and hit up the treadmill when its cold, but I guess since I have the Philly Half Marathon in less than 3 weeks, I should probably get my butt running outside! I think I am going to brave the cold!
Breakfast this morning was a little Nature’s Path Organic Flax Plus Red Berry Crunch! What a mouthful! This cereal has crispy flakes, crunchy granola and deliciously fruity tasting red berries. It’s high in fiber and has no trans-fat, and it’s quite yummy!
I added some arils for a little extra crunch/yumminess! It was very good. I have never had arils in my cereal before, but I can promise you this won’t be the last time you will see it!
In other news I am mailing the contract and deposit for the St. Thomas of Villanova church today! It shall be officially, officially official now that we have paid for the church! Woohoo!
In other OTHER news, Jackson needs a haircut. He shall be getting one soon. I always judge when he needs a cut by if he can see through the hair on his face or not. It looks to me like he is having a rough time seeing through his mass of hair! Time for a haircut little boy! Stay tuned!

And I'm with you… I hate running in the extreme cold! I don't like when things go numb. Although I think I'd take cold over extreme heat/humidity.
I don't like running when it's super cold, either. I'm not a fan of that icky numb-but-not feeling. Love the pic of shaggy Jackson 🙂
it feels like the end of racing season! very cool you have a half coming up. something for me to get excited about 🙂 i have no races anytime soon at all and it feels a little strange. i'm trying to slim down a little tho so it's almost nice to singularly focus on that as opposed to training. i am finding they are different goals!
Aw… It's always so sad when he first gets cut. Hang in there Jdawg. It will grow back!
