I inspired myself yesterday with my Green Monster post! Is that weird? It just reaffirmed my love for my morning smoothie. This morning I mixed up my monster with a new ingredient – Melon!
This particular melon reminded me of the last time I had Honeydew Melon. This was a little different, but just as yummy!
I got this melon the other day and I sliced it up, had a few bites and knew right away it would be a perfect addition to my GM.
I sliced it up and made it all pretty, for my blog photo shoot.
You got to love the shell boat. Why waste a bowl?
This morning I also tried out a new peanut butter – Nut ‘N Budder – which was sent to me to test out. This bad boy is made of – peanut butter with almonds, flax oil and organic sugar. OMG. It is to die for!
I enjoyed it in my Cali Bowl with some banana oats. It was kind of life changing. Y-U-M!
I also am newly obsessed with the crate and barrel mini spoons. They are perfect oat-eating flatware!
My monster this morning was MASSIVE! It was kind of out of control is was so big. Enough for 2 people, but I drank it all! I need all the greens I can get this week to get me ready for the Disney Princess Half Marathon this weekend!
PS- I am so excited for the Blogger Meet-up on Saturday!
Did you catch my Violet Love post from the other day?
Well the wonderful Rebecca (the CEO of Violet Love!) mentioned to me that if anyone else is interested in trying a VL headband, please send an email to:
and mention ANDHERLITTLEDOGTOO
Let me know if you try them out! They are AWESOME!

ah that melon looks wonderful — nothing better than edible dishware 🙂
I have never heard of that nut butter before — I'm intrigued!
I just saw your post about the headbands. I suffer the same issues (always slip off or cause headaches). Thanks!
That melon looks so flavorful and juicy! I love fruit!
How nice of Rebecca to let more of us try out the headbands! I emailed her 🙂
Your melon monster looks amazing!
I e-mailed Rebecca — my headbands always slip, too!
I emailed Rebecca! That's so nice of her! I have frizzy hair that always gets in my face when I workout, so this could be a solution!
