It has been too long since I have recreated my Almond Butter French Toast. It has been WAY too long and I had a massive craving for it this morning. So I got up a little earlier and got to work creating a breakfast I could be proud of!
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- splash of vanilla extract
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of your favorite nut butter
- 1/2 banana
First up you mix the egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Then you spread your butter of choice on your bread. I tried out Crazy Richards Chunky Peanut Butter. I love me some crunchy peanut butter! It’s my favorite!
I decided to make one (and a little half) servings for myself since I was super hungry. I think its better to load up on a good breakfast and burn it off during the day than have a heavier dinner.
I topped my peanut buttery bread with banana slices.
Here is my little half nugget.
Put the slices of bread together and then dip it in the batter mixture.
Then pan fry it until both sides are browned.
Then you serve and enjoy!
It didn’t take long to make and it was so nice to start my morning off on the right foot with a nice meal.

I enjoyed a spot of tea with my meal in my pretty new mug. I love it!
Topped off with a little splash of maple syrup and this was pretty much breakfast perfection.
