Today is National Peanut Butter Day! I figured I would pull together some of my favorite posts from over the years of the best way I have used peanut butter – for breakfast, dinner and dessert!
Let’s start with Peanut Butter in my oats. I really don’t consider my oats complete without it.
To me, peanut butter is the glue that holds the oats together!
Side Note: Taking pretty pictures of my oats in the morning makes me happy!
Peanut Butter Mixer Oats. A true peanut butter lover needs this handy dandy little gadget in their life!
Oats in a Peanut Butter Jar – one of my all time favorites!
PB & J Waffle sandwiches. Comfort food at its finest.
Nut Butter Banana Stuffed French Toast – perfect for a lazy weekend morning.
Peanut Butter, Banana and M&M’s soft serve. Without the M&M’s this soft serve could be raw – the main ingredient being frozen bananas. If you don’t already know about the frozen banana soft serve, you MUST try it!
PB No Bake Peanut Butter Bars. A fabulously tasty treat.
Oh She Glows Peanut Butter Banana Bread – this is like a party in my mouth!
Carrot’s N Cake No Cook Peanut Butter Cookies – the recipe couldn’t get any easier and the cookies are super yummy!
Spicy Thai Peanut Sprouts – one of my favorite dinners EVER. I seriously wonder why I don’t just make this every night. The peanut sauce makes the meal complete!
What is your favorite meal or snack to create with peanut butter?

Yummmmy! I had a peanut butter and honey sandwich today in honor of NPBD. However, the idea of using waffles? Pure genius! Off to check out the soft serve too, as I haven't ever heard of it in this way. Sounds delicious.

I actually like to eat peanut butter on graham crackers, toast or nilla wafers.
Peanut Butter one of my great friends!!!
OMG, all of your photos look so yummy! I want to eat them all! Did you make that soft serve? An old favorite of mine is the original peanut butter blossom cookies that people make during the holidays.
Oats are grown in temperate regions. They have a lower summer heat requirement and greater tolerance of rain than other cereals, such as wheat, rye or barley, so are particularly important in areas with cool, wet summers, such as Northwest Europe; they are even being grown in Iceland to help prolong the growing season.;;..-
