Hello! I was at a bit of a standstill today because I was thinking about all the thing I have on the agenda this week that I want to blog about when something stopped me dead in my tracks.

What do the Readers want to Read?

I consider myself a Healthy Living Blogger because I like to blog about how I strive to live a healthier life through diet and exercise. It is one of my passions and I love learning new things all the time through this amazing community.


Sometimes I call myself a Food Blogger because I love to photograph my meals. I enjoy healthy foods as well as sharing recipes and even reviewing restaurants on the blog.


I also consider myself a Running Blogger because I love to sign up for races, share the trials and tribulations of my training plans and then document the races that I run with lots of pictures and a long recap!

Recently, I have become a bit more of a Wedding Blogger because as out Big Day gets closer and closer the planning becomes a bigger part of my life. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and takes a lot of time, but I love sharing my plans with you all and hearing your thoughts and opinions!

And I always consider myself a Jackson blogger. He is just too cute not to be photographed!

I guess when it comes down to the fact that I pretty much share a big chunk of my life on the blog. I love sharing my experiences with you all and documenting my life through pictures and words.

So my question to you is – What Do You Like To Read About?

What do you want to read more about –  Food? Recipes? Product Reviews? Running/Training? Wedding Planning? Jackson? My Favorite Things?

    Hey Leslie! I really enjoy reading your blog because it doesn't have one single focus. I know the "rules" say that blogs should have a specific theme, but life rarely has a specific theme and I think you do a great job of balancing. To answer your question more specifically, I really enjoy reading recipes because I'm always looking for delicious healthy food.

    I love your blog just the way it is. You never know from day to day what your blog will be saying and that's a nice surprise too! Don't change a thing, blog about what is important to you that day!

    I've considered the same thing myself….since my blog has fashion and food mostly, but with some DIY projects mixed in. I like not needing to narrow my content down, and technically I would call myself more of a "lifestyle" blogger than anything else. You're blog is the same! A bit different focuses than mine, but it still all falls under lifestyle.

    As far as what I like to read on your blog….pretty much everything! And I agree with Amanda K, part of the fun is that you have a little bit of everything. I never know what I'm going to get on a specific day, but I DO know I'll see a little bit of everything in about a week-long span.

    I love reading all about the wedding planning, because, well, who doesn't love to hear about all that stuff?? Also, I love to read about your fun Philly adventures and what you guys do, where you eat, etc. I have checked out some other blogs out there and nothing compares to your style. All the witty, straight forward, intelligent, fun, healthy stuff–I love it! I love how it is different every day!

    Maybe you can write about your change of lifestyle and how you did it the healthy way? I read that you were tired and lacked energy and gained a little weight and then you changed your lifestyle, got into the healthy living, and exercise and have felt so great for so long now! How wonderful is that story? I'd love to hear more about that! SO many people are in that same situation but haven't figured out what to do. You figured it out!

    That is what got me hooked to your writing! And what keeps me as a daily follower of your blog! Your real life story about getting into shape and eating well and feeling good! What an inspiration!

    What are some of your secrets to staying on a healthy path? How do you control cravings? What foods really make you feel great? How do you motivate yourself (besides the upcoming wedding date!)?? How do you stay motivated? How do you not just crawl on the couch and snuggle with Jackson on a cold winter night and get a workout in??

    I love reading about all things wedding! It reminds me of things I need to take care of for my wedding this fall. Also, I'd love a "day in the life" post.
