Are you sick of me talking about all the snow yet? Well I have one more snowy post coming at ya this morning!
Last night after my Waiting for the White Stuff post it started really snowing!
Fiancé and I took Jackson out for a little frolic in the snow!
I decided to take my camera with me for some night time snowtograhs.
It was hard to take pictures with the snowflakes falling down and the wind blowing but it was fun to try!
Jackson was not a big fan of being covered in snow, but he enjoyed his walk.
It was a beautifully quiet night to enjoy the fresh falling snow!
But Jackson was over the snow and the picture taking, clearly.
This morning we woke up to lots of snow on the ground, I believe where I live in Philadelphia got about 6 inches.
Here is a little before and after shot for you from last night and this morning.
The roads were pretty clear, just a few patches of ice and slush which was good for our walk this morning.
It was a beautiful morning.
I love taking pictures of snow on trees.
Jackson braved the snow like a champ.
I bundled him up in his Villanova University sweatshirt today. He obviously rocked the outfit.
In terms of Jackson and the snow, when he jumped into it, it went all the way up to his chest. His legs were completely covered by snow. He still had the salty paw issues – we might look into getting him little booties!
Aside from taking Jackson out for his morning walk today, my other goal for frolicking in the snow was to get down to Kelly Drive and check out the conditions down there.
Part of the Schuylkill River was frozen over. Brrrr!
Remember when this area was completely flooded with water a few months ago? I love the change in seasons and the difference they bring.
Aside from snow covered trees, I love taking pictures of bridges dusted with snow too!
Before Jackson and I knew it, it was time to head back to the comfort of our warm apartment. He was pretty excited about that!
But not before we checked out some ducks hanging out in the Schuylkill.
What are they doing in that icy water? Shouldn’t they have headed South for the Winter?
Back home meant a glorious breakfast in a new bowl. My mom got me a pair of these awesome bowls for Christmas because they match my wedding color scheme so pretty much anything that comes in this color, I buy!
I made some banana slicer oats and added blueberries to the mix.
Luckily I get to stay at home to work today and don’t have to head out on the roads at all, which is nice because I hate driving in the snow.
I am off to take on the day! I also have a phone interview for a position with Living Social that I am getting ready for so wish me luck!

Good luck with the interview! I have an interview next week. They are always nerve-wracking, but exciting all at the same time!
Good luck with your interview! We have lots of snow here in Atlanta too! Well, actually not lots of snow, but the whole city shut down and 3 snow days from school works!
Beautiful photos, especially the ice on the River. I'm glad that Jackson had his sweatshirt on today, he looked cold yesterday night. I do think he needs sone booties and long socks for those little legs. Hope your interview went well. let me know.
