Tonight I made a classic favorite – Gliding Calm’s Tofu.
Charles isn’t a tofu fan – I think it freaks him out a bit – but I have made this recipe before and LOVED it.
Instead of using the seasoning just for the tofu, I sprinkled it on the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower too. It was good stuff.
Gliding Calm’s Tofu recipe includes: ginger powder, brown sugar/honey (or another sweetening agent!), sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce and onion or garlic powder may also be added
I added everything to taste and baked in the oven at 425 for about 35 minutes
