Recently I have been starting off my mornings with the incredible, edible egg.
I have noticed that I need to start getting way more protein in my diet and what better way to do that than to start off the day with some eggs?
I enjoy mine best (at the moment) fried, over medium open faced over a Thomas’ Bagel Thin, with half a slice of pepper jack cheese melted in between the egg and bagel thin for good measure.
I enjoyed my egg sandwich with a spot of tea in my new favorite mug.

Breakfast of champions. I only wish I had time to eat like this every morning!
