Back to Basics

After my wonderful calcium realization, I have decided to re-commit myself to my green monsters. I think they are just the thing I am missing from my diet – greens, almond milk, banana, amazing grass & ice, oh my!

My green monster is sure to solve my need for more calcium & more protein, not to mention it’s tasty too. 


I am going to attempt a Green Monster a day for the next two weeks.

Who would like to join me on this challenge?

    I love fresh spinach, but can’t stand the thought of drinking it and the green color. Do you taste the spinach?

    I love my Green Monsters in the morning except I have questions and hope you can help me. I saw your post over on the Amazing Grass FB page. Here goes – so I make my GMs with Greek yogurt (for the protein), almond milk, frozen bananas, strawberries (or blueberries) and then handfuls of spinach. Well I heard about Amazing Grass and found some sample packets at a store in my town – not realizing how different they all were. I also didn’t realize I picked up 2 made by Amazing Grass. One was the Amazing Meal and one was the GreenSuperFood – the taste was about the same for both. So here is my question – which one should I be using? Does it matter? How much of a difference is there between the two? Do you know? haha Any help would be greatly appreciated!
