Happy Day 2 of the #greenmonster challenge!
I started off my day with a lovely 90 minute Bikram yoga class at 6am.
I immediately followed class with a big ‘ol glass of freshly juiced juice. The Bikram studio I practice at has green juice during the week and I was more than happy to purchase a Liter of the green stuff after 90 minutes in 105*.
Cucumber. Apple. Ginger.
Sounds pretty much like pure perfection to me after a super sweaty Bikram experience.
I must admit that I doubled up on my green drinks today. I made my classic green monster creation last night and froze it to take with me today to work. It was lovely, light and refreshing to have my green smoothie with me post a grueling yoga class.
I will continue to post on the blog how my green monster days are coming along throughout the next two weeks. I would also love to feature any of your recipes on the blog as well.
