Today, I had a little need…for chocolate.
Thin Mints to be exact.
Let me start by saying I have had a box {or two!} hiding in my freezer. For emergencies, obviously. Today I had a thought – why not combine two of my favorite loves – juicing and chocolate!
I have been searching online for a way to create something amazing with girl scout cookies, but nothing inspired me.
So I decided to make something myself and give an old favorite a new twist.
I decided to take my Raw Cashew Milk recipe, minus the honey & cinnamon, keep the vanilla and throw in some thin mints, and there you have it : Thin Mint Raw Cashew Milk Shake
I added in 3 thin mints {to be exact} they gave the shake a nice little kick, but just like anything, the more thin mints you add, the more “thin-minty” the shake will be! So go nuts!

What’s the best thing you have created {or seen!} made with girl scout cookies?

Genius – I bet it would be good with Mint Oreos as well (when you can’t get the Thin Mints until next year)!
This looks sooo good!!
