Anyone out there in the blog world love Game of Thrones as much as I do? The season 3 premier is tomorrow night – Charles & I can’t wait! We have been re-watching Seasons 1 & 2 the past few days, during Watchathon Week on Comcast. Charles has read all the books- he’s been on a mission to get me to read them too, they are on my to-read list but HBO does such a great job with the TV series {sometimes its more fun to relax and watch a show, even though I know reading the books will be better!}
I came across this – Game of Thrones: The Workout – the other day on Blood, Sweat & Cheers { a fun little fitness newsletter I receive a few times a week} and I thought it would be fun to share it with you on the blog. I think its a fun way to get a little sweat on while watching the show, plus some of the exercises funny {ex: BOOBS! – 20 crunches}
But if that’s not your style, there’s always the Game of Thrones Drinking Game – which can be just as fun!
