Pinterest Favorites: The Workout Edition

I’m so glad everyone enjoyed my picks for last week’s Pinterest Favorites – Healthy Eating Tips & Tricks. I really enjoy sorting through my favorite Pins to share with you on the blog. Today I wanted to share with you some really cool workouts that I have seen on Pinterest – I think all of these are great to save to your phone and keep in your back pocket {literally}  for a day at the gym you are lacking motivation, or want to try something new. At least that’s what I do.

It’s so important to keep things fresh in your workout routine. Trying new things, while getting your sweat on keeps your body guessing – which is a good thing! I love the sore feeling I get when I do something new or something I haven’t done in a while, working out a part of my body I may have forgotten about. That little bit of pain is progress…and who doesn’t love progress when it comes to being healthy?

So without further ado, here are some of my favorite workouts found on Pinterest – Feel free to share your best finds with me too!

I think I might do the 100 Workout today in the gym.

It looks like one of those workouts you will be seriously  feeling the next day.
