My 30 Before 30 Update

30 before 30 update

So today is my last day as a 29 year old gal – my last few hours in my 20’s! Tomorrow is my birthday & I turn the BIG 3-0! Because of this {momentous?} occasion, I wanted to share with you a little recap of my 30 before 30 challenge I created for myself last year. I was able to complete 15 {maybe 16} of these challenges and a few are sort of ongoing. I’m happy with my progress on the list, but wish I was able to cross a few more off to be honest with you. I’m not going to say pregnancy & being a mom got in the way, but it certainly did affect a few of these things from happening the past year.

All in all has been a great year – buying a new house, becoming a mom & just trying to live my life the best way I can! I think its always nice to set some goals for yourself, whether it be on your birthday, New Years Eve, whenever – even if you don’t accomplish everything, it’s always fun to try!

Here’s a recap of my 30 before 30 list I made this time last year, what I was able to cross off my list & my plans to complete this challenge! Check out my progress & let me know what you think!

  3. Go on an Impromptu Road Trip – Sadly, this didn’t happen this year, but it’s still on my radar to do!

  15. Think About Starting a Family -> Check! Even though this was sort of a cheat since I knew I was pregnant when I wrote this last year!

  17. Jump into a Pool with all my Clothes on – Hoping to do this over the summer!
  18. Clean out my closet & donate {to Twice!} items not worn in the past year – I did this a few months ago but I totally need to do it again! I love having this as a reminder!sharky

This is a great list and you accomplished a lot! I have sad news to break regarding the zoo balloon though… It got damaged with all the ice and snow we had this winter and they took it down early 🙁
