The end of summer is turning out to be a great time to find awesome pieces for your fall wardrobe on sale! There are good deals galore, just about everything is marked down for back to school! It’s also a great time to stock up on some new & fun pieces to enjoy as the seasons change. 7 out of 9 of these picks are under $40, but I’m sure those last two will be dropping their price or you can find a good coupon to mark it down even more!

1- How fun is this paneled sweatshirt? I love the fun colors and this is perfect for as the weather starts to cool down a bit!
2- This pintuck cami is really cute {I love the coral but it comes in a great kiwi too!} – I could see it easily pairing with skinny jeans, boots and a cardigan or blazer. Such an easy piece to throw on and dress up!
3- I really like the brown motif color scheme and pattern of this tank – makes it perfect to be paired with another layer for the going into the fall.
4- This jacket is perfect for fall and spring – I love the classic black but it also comes in a gorgeous blue. It’s slightly above the $40 mark, but there are always coupon codes bringing that price down!
5- I am obsessed with this bag. These days I need something massive to carry all MY stuff + everything baby – so I end up carrying a pretty big bag. I love the shape of this, the woven detail and the sea foam color {it comes in black & cognac too!} PLUS it’s under $35! Win! I also think it will get a lot of use in the coming Fall months too!
6- I don’t know why but I am seriously drawn to these studded strap flats {the also come in black & nude} – I think they are just the cutest little shoes you ever did see. For the fall I would pair them with jeans, a t-shirt and a fun, funky statement necklace for a cute & effortless look.
7- This necklace makes me happy. I love the blue fringe {comes in green & white too!} with the gold detailed chain. I think this color blue goes great with just about everything. Did I mention its on sale for $15 {with free shipping!}
8- How amazing is the color of these seamed motorcycle pant? I love the olive green color for a bottom, it’s a fabulous color while still being sort of neutral. Plus the cut of these pants will be great for boots & booties in the fall!
9- Ok, these booties are a teeny, tiny bit about the $40 mark {but still under $50} but I thought they were so stinkin’ cute I had to include them! I love the chunky heel, making them comfy, the peep toe and the buckle detail.
