EvoFit ensō Muscle Roller Review & Giveaway

As a runner and a athlete, sore muscles sort of go with the territory. When I am training for a race, especially a marathon or half marathon – am have come to rely heavily on my foam roller. But a while ago, my old foam roller really started to let me down. It started to get a dip it in from over use and wasn’t as effective as it had been in the past.

So when I had an opportunity to try out the EvoFit Enso Roller – I was pretty pumped to try something new on my sore muscles and back {I LOVE rolling my back & shoulders!}evofit

So what is the EvoFit Enso Roller you might ask?  It’s one-of-a-kind tool from EvoFit that is shedding light on the important (but commonly overlooked) area of self-myofascial release (SMR)—a.k.a self-massage—  it is the only muscle roller on the market that is completely adjustable, the ensō roller by EvoFit allows users to:

  • Reap the many benefits of self-massage in a way that is specific to their own unique body type and training and recovery needs.
  • Massage broader areas (like the lower back) or pinpoint smaller isolated muscles (like the piriformis) with a quick and easy adjustment of the moveable discs.
  • Avoid putting pressure on areas that don’t require it!

I’ve found that this bad boy is great for warming up before a work out or recovering from one. It’s also just great to use after carrying my little man around all day & if I have a sore back it totally does that trick!enso

My favorite part about the EvoFit Enso Roller is the eight independent discs feature customizable positioning—with the ability to be removed altogether—so the roller can conform and support to meet the demands of any body types or needs. It makes it really different and I think way more effective than any other foam roller I’ve ever used!

A little more about the Benefits from an Enso Roller:

  • Elongates muscles, relaxes tight muscles and aids in breaking up scar tissue, increases circulation and flexibility
  • Customizable design supports and works targeted areas without pressure to surrounding muscles and bones
  • 8-disc design can create a one-of-a-kind fit for your body shape and training needs
  • 13in proves to be the most versatile length for most body types
  • Rollers are constructed with a lightweight EVA foam and are supported by durable molded plastic discs and an anodized aluminum core
  • Grooved notches on tube position rollers to not slip out but adjust without friction for a micro-tuned disc arrangement
  • Weighs 2.13lbs
EvoFit has done a pretty awesome job with the videos on their website that shoes you how to use the roller for specific body parts! Be sure to check that out too if you have a specific roller need!

I have begun to have pretty consistent back pain as a result of tightening muscles through my neck and down my back. This sounds like it could really help by massaging those muscles.
