I know I mentioned in my In 2015… resolution post that I would be taking on less sponsored opportunities, and while that is still the case, this post doesn’t feel sponsored because seriously Wasa crackers are one of my all time favorite things! I sort of freak out when I have the honor of partnering with some of my favorite brands.  As always, all opinions and 100% my own!

For me, snacks have to be quick, easy, convenient {preferably healthy} and did I mention quick? Feeding little man real food is a full time job of it’s own – it takes forever! – I barely have time to feed myself! The crock pot {and meals created during nap time!} have been really the only reason we have dinner on the table most days. Little man keeps me moving all day long!

So in the realm of keeping my New Year out to a good start {and being able to fit in some bathing suits during some upcoming trips!} I wanted to share with you some of my favorite go-to Wasa snack creations -> all of which take literally one minute to put together! Love that.

I think a good rule of thumb when coming up with a tasty cracker creation is the rule of Three -> try to put at least three fresh ingredients on top to pack the snack full of protein, fiber and flavor.

Here are a few of my favorite combinations:

  •  feta + grape tomatoes + basil
  • brie + honey + pears
  • turkey + swiss + tomato + avocado
  • cottage cheese + cucumber + dill
  • cream cheese + tomato + peppers
  • yogurt + apples + raspberries + strawberries
  • hummus + cucumber + turkey
  • guacamole + hardboiled egg + salsa
  • nut butter + banana + honey

And did I mention the crunch? I sort of love the crunch factor with the Wasa crisps – it’s so much better than bread! These healthy snack creations take 1-minute to make, and if you have more than one they could easily be a tasty {and filling!} meal. breakfast wasa
