It’s the end of the summer and Fall officially started yesterday {woohoo – my favorite season!} so a lot of us are getting back in our normal routines – For me, this is figuring out my new routine with two under two. I’m thankful to have the help of family and friends around while I am in the process of getting back into the swing of this new normal.
Since Graham is still so sleepy in his newborn phase, I’ve been able to take some time to adjust to being home with two little ones. But as everything slowly begins to fall into place, it’s been important to me to begin to focus on making healthy eating & healthy living choices again. I’ve been on a little bit of a cooking strike since Graham was born. Who has time to cook when you have a newborn and a toddler running around? Luckily my mom’s been here feeding us, making sure we survive, but sadly she won’t be staying with us forever {even though I want her too!} my dad wants her back home too.
So I decided I needed a little egg-spiration to share on the blog in the hopes that it will jumpstart my at home cooking routine. I need all the extra help I can get! Here are a few of my favorite recipes that I am totally planning on checking out + starting our October out with a yummy bang!
