October Stitch Fix Review

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! This was an exciting weekend for me because I got some pretty amazing mail in the form of a beautiful Stitch Fix!

This was an exciting Fix for me to schedule because it’s my first Fix post baby. I received a few maternity Fixes while I was pregnant but I was excited to get some new, non-maternity clothes in my life! Woohoo!
Fix 25

For this Fix I asked for casual, nursing friendly pieces that would be a little forgiving being that I just had a baby last month. I wanted some fun Fall pieces that would be relaxed, easy and effortless. Things that I could throw on, easily pair with other pieces in my closet {including some amazing new jewels} and look put together without really trying.

Seriously, who doesn’t all those things in their wardrobe all the time?!

Here’s what I received in my 25th Stitch Fix –  Check out my pieces and please let me know what you think!

And don’t forget -> If you want to try Stitch Fix out for yourself, please use my referral link to sign up – it only costs $20 to be sent 5 pieces for you to try out in the comfort of your own home, and the $20 goes towards any pieces you decide to keep! It’s like a magical personal shopper!

Fate Ruthie Open Drape Cardigan $68

Ruthie Open Cardigan

I am a big fan of comfy, cozy, cardigans. This one was no exception. I sort of love the navy/purple color – it’s pretty rich in real life and makes it easy to dress up. I also enjoy the black piping around the ends and across the back. I think it makes the cardigan look nice and chic. Also, very nursing friendly which I enjoy.

Papermoon Soldano Scallop Trim Blouse $44Soldano Scallop Trim Blouse

I was a little bummed when I got this top because I specifically asked for no “business casual” pieces. I am a SAHM and need fun clothes to wear to the park. I get my stylist was sort of trying to give me a fun, date night look but it’s just not my style. Also this piece didn’t fit me right in the bust area, and I’m not sure I need another sleeveless piece in my life as the weather is about to change – but I did like the color.

Gilli Tawnya Dress $64Tawnya Dress

I thought this dress was going to be the answer to my prayers when I pulled it out of the box. I’m currently in the market for something to wear to G’s christening at the end of the month and I think this might be it. It’s a comfortable, soft + slinky fabric {that won’t wrinkle – win!} and fits me nice everywhere…except the bust. I thought it was good when I put it on but now looking at these pictures, I’m not sure it hits me in the right spot.

Love the pattern, color and the overall look of this dress – easy to accessorize and take from season to season with some minor accessory adjustments. Just a little unsure about the fit.

Kut from the Kloth Jonathan Skinny Corduroy $68Johnathan Corduroy

I don’t own any corduroy’s so I’m thinking this could branch out my pant game. I enjoy the dark grey color and they fit me pretty great – but that’s my concern. I’m almost 5 weeks postpartum and these pants fit great, but I’m thinking I won’t like the way they fit in another few weeks as my body continues to change.

Totally torn about these because they felt really great on – and I know I would get so much wear out of them as the weather cools. What do you think?

Staccato Endino Dolman Knit Top $48

Endino Kit Top

Totally loving this top. It’s crazy because it’s really similar to a top I received {and kept!} from my first Fix post baby Brooks. I wear that top all the time and think I would do the same with this one. I love the colors and the subtle stripe and just the loose, fit that gives a little flow. Wish it was full length sleeves, but that’s just me. What do you think about this top?

I’m so excited to be back in the Stitch Fix world – it’s so much fun to have a box full of fun clothes to arrive on my doorstep once a month. I love trying on new things and sharing them with you! So glad to be back getting my Fixes!

BUT now it’s the hard part!

Love the Cords and Burgundy top for you! If the cords are a stretchable fabric they should be fine as your body changes and you loose weight.
