I love trying out new things + I love even more being able to share those things with my wonderful readers. Today I want to share with you my experience trying out the REM–Fit Active 200 and the REM–Fit 300 series pillow!
I was pretty pumped to work with the REM-Fit brand because I know that REM-Fit is designed to help everyday athletes achieve a healthy and active lifestyle by getting the best sleep possible for maximum recovery and comfort. Who doesn’t love a good focus on sleep? I know I do! Studies have shown that getting enough sleep consistently can make athletes quicker with better performance – makes total sense.
Sadly for me, with a 23 month old and a 3 month old, sleep isn’t always on my side. So I don’t know if tracking it was going to make me happy or sad. Ha!
The REM-Fit Active 200 – it’s a part of the MOTIVATE Collection which includes the REM-Fit Active, a sleep and activity tracker focused on analyzing your activity – not just showing your number of steps or time slept. The Active uses a proprietary algorithm, users are given SleepPoints, ActivePoints and a 360 LifeScore based on efficiency and effectiveness of sleep and activity combined.
The REM-Fit Active 200 can track your steps, distance and calories burned and show you all of this information on the OLED display. I love the fact that it comes with 2 color bands – purple and black – as well as a belt clip, because sometimes wearing it on your wrist just doesn’t work {like when you are pushing a stroller – no tracker counts those steps!}
REM-Fit Active App and 200 device were totally user friendly and easy to understand. You can also use it as an Advanced Watch {you can easily see the Date, Time and battery percentage} or a TwinkleTorch {aka a simple flashlight. Perfect for when you need that little bit of light in the middle of the night.} I love the little extra things like that – they totally thought of everything!
I really appreciate a activity and sleep tracker that motivates you to move more, get better sleep, get healthy and reach your goals! So perfect for starting 2016 off on the right foot!
I also got to give their new Hybrid Adjustable pillow a whirl. Is it wrong to be crazy, stupid excited about a pillow?! Well, when it’s a $159 pillow, I think I’m allowed to be pretty pumped! The hybrid adjustable pillow comes in three variations (200, 300 and 400 series) and features innovative technologies that regulate body temperature during sleep and adjust to any comfort level.
I was able to try out the 400 series pillow {#fancy} – This pillow is perfect for any sleeping style including back, side or stomach, and can be adjusted by removing REM-Fit’s Support Clusters, an innovative core that allows the pillow to be personalized to exactly the right balance of height and firmness/softness to suit the individual. I seriously love a nice, firm pillow – and this one had great firmness, but also made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Love.
