Shutterfly Make My Book Review + Giveaway

book

As a blogger and as a mom, I take about a million pictures.

Maybe too many? No! You can never have too many pictures! Especially when they are of the littles.

Pictures are sort of my favorite – I take way too many more than I would care to admit on my phone everyday. I love being able to capture special moments or give a creative eye to something new and share it – just a few reasons why I’m openly obsessed with Instagram.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Shutterfly {one of my favorite places to order prints}. I was asked to test out their new Make My Book service – it makes creating your own personal photo book extremely fast. All you need to do is  sign up for a Shutterfly account, choose a book size and style, upload photos and that’s it! From that point a Shutterfly rep will professionally design your photo book. You will be then sent a preview of the book and can request any changes.

Sounds pretty amazing right?!

I made a photo book for my MIL for Christmas – and it was my first time making one. It was a lot of work! Uploading and editing and altering each photo – took a long time! So I was excited to try out this new service and make a wedding book – since I already had all the photos uploaded and we have all these gorgeous photos, I thought it would be fun to have one created from our special day.

Side Note: How fun is it that I got to make the front of the book the same as my favorite picture that we had blown up from our wedding day – it hangs in our living room and I love it so much!

It’s kind of cheating because all of our photos were amazing and each one is pretty much my favorite of all time. But still. I love how the book turned out, and it’s so nice to have all our pictures together in one place – here are a few more of my favorite pictures from the big day!

I love my book and I love that it was so easy to crate and so perfectly personalized to me, with all my favorite pictures, but it just looks so great, can’t wait to get another one made once I have more professional pictures of the boys!
