Living in Philadelphia, you always know when the Flower Show comes to town!
We missed it the past few years – last went in 2013 – and it’s always a good time. This year, the theme was Explore America | 100 Years of National Park Service. I feel like they always pick such good themes for the florists to go wild with! Today, my parents and I decided to take the boys down to see the sights!
I scored a free ticket to the Flower Show after my Run into Spring 5k I did a few weeks ago, so I was excited to go today and show the boys all the pretty floral arrangements.
The Flower Show is always gorgeous. The Flower Show is also always packed! We knew going in the middle of the week would be best and we got there right when the doors opened today but it was still so many people – can’t imagine it on the weekends!
As always. the show did not disappoint!
But with two little boys in tow, it wasn’t exactly a walk in the park {hardy, har har!}
We brought the double stroller and did half the time with both boys strollin’ and about half the time of Brooks roaming around + Graham in the carrier.
The boys loved watching the crowds and seeing all the pretty arrangements, lights and colors. It’s such a big display so it was easy for everyone to see most of it!
Everyone was well behaved and we had a great time exploring. I love being able to show my boys fun things like this in the city – so great to share memories like these with the littles!

As you can expect, I took a bunch of pictures from the Flower Show today – I managed to somewhat narrow them down a bit to share with you on the blog. Of course, pictures don’t do any of it justice, but I tried to capture a few pieces of the show and I’m glad we got to share it with my parents!
Here’s a few of my favorite parts of the Flower Show:
