Now that Brooks is two, he’s officially a crazy, wild toddler – and also a sponge. He picks up on anything and everything. He asks a million questions and wants to know the answers to everything – he loves to explore and is so inquisitive about the world around him.
We had Brooks’ first dentist visit a few weeks ago and it went well, but it was a little bit of a wake-up call for me to help Brooks start a good oral health routine. He’s got a full set of chompers and we got to take care of them from the start!
We’ve been having a lot of success getting Brooks excited about teeth brushing by brushing our teeth together! It’s a fun little mama + Brooks time in the morning and at night – Brooks likes to do what I do and I like to get him excited about brushing his teeth. It’s a win/win! No tantrums {most days} and he usually lets me get in there with his brush to get his back molars a quick little scrub, which is all the doctors said we need! Getting back there is half the battle!
It was a perfect timing when Brooks and I started to get into our teeth brushing routine together that I was able to try out the new toothpaste for myself. I try my best to live a healthy lifestyle to share on the blog and for my kids – I want them to know that looking and feeling healthy is very important – But living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t stop there…your long term health is important and your oral health is no exception.
This new toothpaste was just what I needed in my life because it helps absorb essential minerals, such as natural calcium, for stronger, healthy enamel – keeping my enamel healthy has always been important to me ever since my braces days! It also provides protection against sensitivity and cavities when used twice a day, along with whitening and fresh breath benefits!

Does Brooks understand spitting when brushing? My on is almost 2 and definitely does not!
Not really – we are working on it! Ha!
I absolutely love this toothpaste and use it daily! So happy you are teaching the boys about good oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups! So very important for good health.
