Chipotle Ranch Dip Pasta + Veggie Salad

Excited to share with you a new little creation that I came up with over the weekend. As you know, I am a part of the  Stonyfield Clean Plate Club. I am a massive Stonyfield lover, so when I had the opportunity to partner with them on a monthly basis, I was pretty excited.

Being a Clean Plate Club Ambassador means I get to try out new Stonyfield Products and enjoy partnerships with other brands to create some new and fun eats. This month, I was excited to try out the new Stonyfield Organic Double Cream plain yogurt.  This stuff is Thick. Rich. Delicious. Double Cream is the ultimate cooking yogurt! Great as a substitute for oil, mayo, buttermilk, butter or sour cream in your favorite recipes.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do – Simply Organic sent me a TON of different spices and mixes to play around with when trying out the new Double Cream yogurt. So many choices, but in the end I decided to go with a Chipotle Ranch Dip Pasta + Veggie Salad.

Sounds yummy, right?

I added onion, grape tomatoes, red peppers, cucumbers, corn and chopped up bacon after I mixed up the dip and paired that with the pasta. I love a good pasta salad because you can do anything you want with it and make it so delicious.

Plus this was a great thing to make at the beginning of the week and have on hand for lunch or a little snack when I needed a bite to eat. The Chipotle Ranch Dip had a bit of a kick to it, so it wasn’t very “littles friendly” but I was happy not to have to share it with them!

Side note: Pasta Salad is had to take a cute picture of! But trust me this is delicious!

What’s the best pasta salad creation you’ve ever made?

Please share!

I love anything Chipotle and this pasta salad looks delicious! I need to start cooking with yogurt more instead of oils, butter, etc. Thanks for sharing!
