VIDEO: The Crayola Experience with Kids – Easton, PA

One thing we are quickly making a tradition every winter, usually around the time of Brooks’ Birthday is taking a little trip to Easton, PA to visit the Crayola Experience – or as the boys like to call it – The Crayola Factory!

We went last year as a birthday treat for Brooks and had an amazing time, so when his birthday rolled around again this year, I asked him if he wanted to do something special – he requested The Crayola Experience yet again!

I wanted to make sure I took a video this year to document all the fun we had – so I could remember it myself and also to share with you all on the blog. As you can see in the video, it’s 4 floors of Crayola fun – they do a really great job keeping it creative, entertaining and full of colorful + imaginative things for the kids.

For my Philadelphia area friends – it’s about a 75-90 minute drive from the city, located in Easton, PA. If you visit, be sure to hit up the Easton Public Market for lunch, right around the corner from Crayola – it’s so cute with such good sips + eats. Plus it’s nice to support local restaurants in the area.

If you have a husband who is a beer lover + you are an awesome wife {like me!} you can also hit up a local brewery or two which are in the area – like Søle Artisan Ales, Two Rivers Brewing or Weyerbacher Brewing Company – to name a few. I love to bring back fun new beers for the hubs to enjoy whenever I visit a new area! Just wanted to note, all these places are super close to Crayola.

Back to the crayons! With the Crayola Experience there is so much to do for really any age. We took Brooks last year and he loved it {at 3!} and loved it even more this year at 4. Graham is almost 2.5 and he had a blast playing in the play areas, doing the arts + crafts and exploring. Brooks at this point is able to follow directions for activities more than his brother, so he was able to do a bit more, but it was still a great time for both of them – as you can see in the video! We did pretty much everything that was offered and for the most part I was able to document it all, so check it out and let me know what you think!
